Step 1 — You call or WhatsApp us
Dial (403) 809-3309 from anywhere in our service area — Calgary, Edmonton, Airdrie, or Chestermere. You talk to a person, not an app. You tell us three things:
- Your address — including unit/buzzer info if applicable.
- The store — by name, by location, or by what you need ("the closest 24-hour Shoppers" works too).
- Your order — speak it, text it, WhatsApp a list or a screenshot. Photos of handwritten lists work fine.
We give you an ETA based on the store distance, current traffic, and how busy our drivers are at that moment. If anything in your order needs clarifying ("what size, what brand, any substitutions OK?"), we ask now so we are not calling you from the store later.
Step 2 — We drive to the store and pick up
Our driver goes to the store you named. They grab your items, pay at the till using our card, and photograph the receipt. If something is out of stock or different from what you expected, they text or call you from the aisle. You decide whether to substitute, skip, or pick something else.
For pickups from restaurants and pizza places, we either call ahead to place the order in your name, or you can call it in yourself — whichever is faster.
For groceries and Costco runs, we shop your list. We use insulated bags for cold items. Frozen stays frozen.
Step 3 — We bring it to your door and you pay
We drive direct from the store to your address. No stacking with other unrelated orders the way some apps do — your delivery is your delivery.
At your door, we hand you the items and the receipt. You pay:
- The actual receipt amount from the store
- Plus a flat $9.99 delivery fee
- Optional tip for the driver if you'd like
Payment methods: cash, Interac e-transfer, or card. Whichever is easiest for you.

Examples of orders we run every day
- Pizza Hut + 7-Eleven ice — pizza pickup, plus quick stop next door for ice. $9.99 + small add-on for the second stop.
- Full Costco run — list of 30 items, send a photo. We shop, pay, drive, deliver. Costco price + $9.99.
- 3 AM Shoppers run — child's Tylenol and Pedialyte. 40-minute turnaround typical.
- Tim Hortons + Walmart — coffee on the way, then a small grocery list. Two stops, one driver.
- Boston Pizza party order — six pizzas for an office. We call ahead, pick up when ready.
- "Whatever you can find" emergency order — out of baby formula at 2 AM. We go to whichever 24-hour pharmacy has the brand you need.
