The math is short
Your total bill on every order = (the actual amount on the store receipt) + $9.99. That is it. Optional tip if you want.
We do not mark up store prices. We do not add a service fee. We do not have a "small order fee." We do not surge during peak hours. We do not charge more overnight or on weekends or on holidays. Same fee, every order, every hour.
When pricing differs from the flat $9.99
Three situations add to the standard fee. All are quoted before we drive — you'll never be surprised at the door.
1. Multi-stop orders
If you want us to stop at two or more separate stores in one run, each additional stop is typically a $5 to $10 add-on, depending on how far apart they are. Example: pizza from one place plus ice cream from a 7-Eleven five minutes away = $9.99 + $5 add-on = $14.99 total delivery cost.
Note: multiple items from the same store is still a single stop. A Costco run with 40 items is $9.99.
2. Out-of-city pickups
The flat $9.99 covers any pickup within your home city. When we run from one city to another — e.g., a Chestermere customer wanting Costco East Hills (technically in Calgary), or an Airdrie customer wanting a Costco run from Beacon Hill — we add a small distance fee. Usually $5 to $15 depending on how far. Quoted before driving.
3. Very large hauls
For very large grocery orders (typically $400+ Costco runs or similar), we may add a small handling fee for the extra time, the extra bag-carrying, and the additional vehicle space required. Most normal grocery orders, including big weekly shops, fall under the flat $9.99.
How we compare to delivery apps on price
Here's a real-world example of a $50 grocery order from Walmart through us vs. through a typical grocery app.
| Line item | Typical grocery app | 24/7 Delivery Runner |
|---|---|---|
| Grocery items (in-store price) | $50.00 | $50.00 |
| App markup on items (~15%) | $7.50 | $0.00 |
| Delivery fee | $5.99 | $9.99 |
| Service fee (~7%) | $4.03 | $0.00 |
| Tip (suggested 15%) | $10.13 | Optional |
| Total | $77.65 | $59.99 + tip |
Difference: roughly $17 cheaper per order, more if you skip the tip. On a weekly grocery habit, that's $880+ saved per year.

Tipping
